Ingredients
- 8 pieces papdi (fried lentil wafers)
- 1 medium potato, boiled
- ½ can (15 oz) canned chickpeas, drained
- ½ cup plain yogurt
- 2 tbsp tamarind paste (or concentrate)
- 1 tsp chaat masala
- ¼ cup red onion, finely diced
- ¼ cup fresh cilantro, chopped
