Ingredients
- 14 oz paneer, cut into 1-inch cubes
- 14 oz canned crushed tomatoes
- 1 medium onion, diced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 3 tbsp butter
- ½ cup heavy cream
- 1.5 tsp garam masala

Heat 2 tbsp butter in a large skillet over medium until melted and foamy, ~1 minute.

Add diced onion and cook, stirring, until softened and translucent, ~5 minutes.

Stir in minced garlic and cook until fragrant, ~45 seconds.

Add crushed tomatoes and garam masala, stir to combine.

Simmer uncovered for 8 minutes, stirring occasionally, until sauce thickens slightly.

Stir in heavy cream and remaining 1 tbsp butter until combined.
