Ingredients
- 2 steaks (about 8 oz each) beef ribeye or sirloin steaks (1.5 inches thick)
- 8 cloves garlic cloves, peeled
- ½ cup prepared horseradish sauce
- ¼ cup sour cream

- 2 tbsp butter
Instructions

Pat beef steaks dry with paper towels. Season generously with salt and pepper on both sides.
