Ingredients

  • 8 oz wide rice noodles or fresh pad see ew noodles
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 1 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 2 tbsp neutral oil

Instructions

    Boil noodles in salted water until barely tender, ~4 minutes. Drain and set aside.

    Stir together soy sauce and oyster sauce in a small bowl.

    Heat oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high until shimmering, ~60 seconds.

    Add garlic and cook, stirring, until fragrant, ~30 seconds.
