Ingredients

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • ¾ cup Greek yogurt
  • ½ cup whole milk
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 cup mixed fresh berries (blueberries, raspberries, strawberries)
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • ¼ tsp ground cinnamon

Instructions

  1. 1

In a mason jar or bowl, combine oats, yogurt, milk, chia seeds, vanilla, and cinnamon. Stir until combined.

  2. 2

Layer half the berries on top, then drizzle with 1 tbsp honey. Cover and refrigerate overnight (or up to 3 days).

  3. 3

In the morning, stir the mixture and add a splash of milk if it's too thick — it should flow but hold together.

  4. 4

Top with remaining fresh berries, remaining honey, and a pinch of cinnamon. Eat straight from the jar or transfer to a bowl.
