Ingredients
- 1 cup rolled oats
- ¾ cup plain Greek yogurt
- ½ cup whole milk
- 2 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 tbsp honey
- ½ cup fresh strawberries
- ½ cup fresh blueberries
- 1 medium fresh kiwi, sliced

Divide oats between two mason jars or containers.

Add 0.375 cup Greek yogurt and 0.25 cup milk to each jar.

Stir in 1 tbsp chia seeds and 0.5 tbsp honey per jar until combined.

Cover and refrigerate overnight or at least 4 hours.

In the morning, stir and add a splash more milk if too thick.

Top each bowl with sliced kiwi, strawberries, and blueberries. Serve chilled.
