Ingredients

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • ¾ cup milk
  • ½ cup Greek yogurt
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • ½ cup blueberries
  • ¼ cup sliced almonds
  • 1 whole banana

Instructions

    In two mason jars or containers, divide oats evenly between them.

    Pour milk and yogurt equally into each jar, stirring to combine with oats.

    Add 1 tbsp honey and 0.5 tsp vanilla extract to each jar, stirring well.

    Sprinkle 0.5 tbsp chia seeds into each jar and stir to distribute.

    Cover jars and refrigerate overnight or at least 4 hours.

    In the morning, stir and add more milk if the mixture is too thick.

    Top each serving with blueberries, sliced almonds, and banana slices before eating.
