Ingredients
- ½ cup chia seeds
- 1.5 cups unsweetened almond milk (or any milk)
- 2 tablespoons maple syrup or honey
- ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
- ¾ cup fresh berries or sliced banana (for topping)

Pour 1.5 cups almond milk into a mason jar or small container with a tight lid.

Add 0.5 cup chia seeds, 2 tablespoons maple syrup, and 0.5 teaspoon vanilla extract to the milk.

Screw the lid onto the jar tightly, then shake vigorously for 30 seconds until the chia seeds are evenly distributed and no clumps remain.

Place the jar in the refrigerator and leave it undisturbed for at least 8 hours or overnight, until the mixture thickens to a spoonable pudding texture.
