Overnight Berry Chia Oats

Ingredients

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • ¾ cup Greek yogurt
  • ¾ cup whole milk (or milk of choice)
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 cup fresh berries (blueberries, raspberries, or strawberries)
  • 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup

Instructions

    Combine rolled oats, Greek yogurt, milk, and chia seeds in a jar or container.

    Stir until evenly mixed — no dry oat clumps should remain.

    Cover and refrigerate overnight (or at least 4 hours).

    In the morning, top with fresh berries and a drizzle of honey.
