Ingredients

- 3 large eggs
- ¾ cup sugar
- ½ cup orange juice
- 1 tbsp orange zest
- ½ cup heavy cream

Preheat the oven to 350°F. Place the 1 pie crust in a 9 inch tart pan, pressing it into the edges and trimming any excess. Prick the bottom with a fork.

In a medium bowl, whisk together the 3 eggs and 0.75 cup sugar until smooth and pale, about 2 minutes.

Stir in the 0.5 cup orange juice, 1 tbsp orange zest, and 0.5 cup heavy cream until fully combined.

Pour the filling into the prepared crust. Bake until the filling is set but slightly jiggly in the center, about 30 minutes.
