Ingredients
- 6 oz spaghetti
- 6 cloves garlic, minced
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 3.5 cups vegetable broth
- ¼ tsp red pepper flakes
- 1 pinch salt and black pepper to taste

Heat oil in a large pot over medium. Add garlic and cook, stirring, until fragrant, about 60 seconds.

Pour in broth and bring to a boil over medium-high heat, about 3 minutes.

Break spaghetti in half and add to boiling broth. Stir to submerge.

Simmer, stirring occasionally, until pasta is tender and broth reduces, 8–10 minutes.
