Ingredients
- 1 lb Italian sausage links
- 2 large bell peppers (red or yellow), cut into 1-inch chunks
- 1 large zucchini, sliced into 1/2-inch rounds
- 4 cloves garlic cloves, smashed
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 1 to taste salt and black pepper to taste
