Oat Milk Latte

Ingredients

  • 2 oz espresso or strong brewed coffee
  • 10 oz oat milk
  • ½ tbsp maple syrup or honey
  • ½ cup ice

Instructions

    Pour espresso into a tall glass. Add maple syrup and stir until dissolved.

    Add ice to the glass, filling it halfway.

    Froth or steam the oat milk using a milk frother, or shake it in a jar for 30 seconds until foamy.

    Pour the frothed oat milk over the espresso and ice, holding back foam with a spoon.

    Top with remaining foam and serve immediately.
