  • ¾ cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • ½ cup Nutella or chocolate-hazelnut spread
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 2 tbsp powdered sugar

Instructions

  1. 1

Whisk flour, eggs, milk, and a pinch of salt in a bowl until smooth with no lumps.

  3. 3

Pour 1/4 cup batter into the center; tilt and swirl the pan until batter spreads thin and even.

  4. 4

Cook 60-90 seconds until the underside is pale golden, then flip and cook the other side 30 seconds.

  5. 5

Slide the pancake onto a plate, spread 2 tbsp Nutella down the center, then fold in thirds.

  6. 6

Repeat with remaining batter and butter, then dust all pancakes with powdered sugar and serve hot.
