Ingredients
- 8 slices bread (brioche or soft white)
- 4 tablespoons Nutella
- 2 large eggs
- 2 tablespoons milk
- ¼ teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1.5 tablespoons butter
- 2 tablespoons powdered sugar

Spread 0.5 tbsp Nutella on one side of each bread slice.

Pair up slices Nutella-side facing each other and press gently to seal.

Cut each sandwich diagonally to form two triangles (remove crusts if desired).

Whisk together eggs, milk, and vanilla in a shallow bowl until smooth.

Melt butter in a 10-inch nonstick skillet over medium heat, ~45 seconds.

Dip each triangle into egg mixture for 1 second per side, coating lightly.

Place 4 triangles in the skillet and cook 2–3 minutes until golden brown.

Flip and cook the other side 2–3 minutes until golden and Nutella just oozes.
