Ingredients

  • 1.5 cups rolled oats
  • 1.25 cups milk (any kind)
  • 4 tbsp Nutella
  • 1 medium banana, sliced
  • 2 whole eggs
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

    Preheat oven to 375°F. Grease an 8-inch square baking dish.

    Whisk oats, milk, Nutella, eggs, and vanilla in a large bowl until smooth.

    Pour batter into prepared dish. Scatter banana slices over the top.

    Bake for 15–17 minutes until the surface looks set but still jiggles slightly in center.

    Let cool 2–3 minutes. Divide into bowls and serve warm.
