Ingredients

  • ½ cup butter
  • 1.5 cups powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • ¼ tsp salt

    Melt butter and cocoa powder together in a microwave-safe bowl, stirring every 30 seconds, until smooth.

    Stir in powdered sugar, vanilla, and salt until the mixture is glossy and thick.

    Spread the fudge evenly into the prepared pan, pressing gently with a spatula.

    Refrigerate for at least 2 hours until firm.

    Lift fudge out using parchment edges and cut into 12 squares. Store covered at room temperature.
