Ingredients

  • 12 crackers (about 1 box) graham crackers
  • 16 oz (1 container, thawed if frozen) whipped topping
  • 1.5 lbs, sliced fresh strawberries

Instructions

    Slice strawberries into 1/4-inch rounds and set aside in a bowl.

    Spread a thin layer of whipped topping on the bottom of a 9-inch square baking dish.

    Arrange 4 graham crackers in a single layer over the whipped topping.

    Spread a third of the remaining whipped topping over the crackers, then scatter a third of the sliced strawberries on top.

    Repeat layers twice: crackers, whipped topping, strawberries; finish with a final cracker layer on top.

    Cover and refrigerate at least 4 hours, or overnight, until the graham crackers soften into a cake-like texture.
