Ingredients

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • ½ cup Greek yogurt (or sour cream)
  • 3 tbsp powdered sugar
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • ¾ cup graham crackers, crushed
  • 1 lb fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced

Instructions

    Beat cream cheese, yogurt, powdered sugar, and vanilla with a fork or whisk until smooth and fluffy, ~2 minutes.

    Divide graham cracker crumbs evenly among four jars, pressing gently to form a base layer.

    Spoon half the cheesecake mixture on top of the crumbs in each jar, smoothing the surface.

    Layer fresh strawberry slices over the cheesecake, then top with remaining cheesecake mixture.
