Ingredients

  • 1.25 cups all-purpose flour
  • 6 tbsp butter, softened
  • ¾ cup brown sugar
  • 1 cup sliced almonds
  • ¾ cup raspberry jam
  • 1 cup fresh raspberries
  • ¼ tsp salt

Instructions

    Mix flour, softened butter, brown sugar, almonds, and salt in a bowl until crumbly and clumpy.

    Press two-thirds of the crumble firmly into an 8x8" baking dish or 9-inch square container.

    Stir jam and fresh raspberries together in a small bowl until mostly combined but berries still visible.

    Spread jam-berry mixture evenly over the pressed crumble base.

    Scatter remaining crumble topping over the berries and press gently so it holds together.

    Refrigerate for at least 10 minutes until firm, then cut into 9 squares and serve.
