Ingredients

  • ¾ cup peanut butter
  • 1.5 cups rolled oats
  • 4 tbsp butter
  • ⅓ cup honey
  • ¼ tsp salt

Instructions

    Combine peanut butter, butter, and honey in a small saucepan over low heat.

    Stir until melted and smooth, about 2 minutes. The mixture should be warm and fully combined.

    Remove from heat. Fold in oats and salt until no dry spots remain.

    Press mixture firmly into an 8x8-inch baking dish lined with parchment paper.

    Refrigerate until firm, about 10 minutes. Surface should feel set when pressed.
