Ingredients

  • 1 box store-bought crêpes (about 20–24 pieces)
  • 1.5 cups heavy cream, cold
  • 3 tbsp granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 tbsp powdered sugar for dusting
  • ½ cup fresh strawberries or raspberries, halved (optional garnish)

Instructions

    Pour cold heavy cream into a bowl. Add granulated sugar and vanilla extract.

    Whip with a hand mixer or whisk until stiff peaks form, about 2–3 minutes.

    Lay one crêpe on a serving plate. Spread a thin layer of whipped cream across it.

    Stack another crêpe on top. Repeat layering crêpes and cream until you've used about 20 crêpes, ending with a crêpe.

    Dust the top generously with powdered sugar. Garnish with berries if desired.
