Ingredients
- 2 cups rolled oats
- 1 cup unsalted roasted almonds or peanuts, chopped
- ½ cup honey
- ¼ cup coconut oil or almond butter
- ¼ teaspoon salt

Line an 8-inch square baking pan with parchment paper, leaving an overhang on two sides.

Combine oats, chopped nuts, honey, coconut oil, and salt in a large bowl.
