Ingredients

  • 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
  • 3 large egg yolks
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • 8 store-bought phyllo or puff pastry cups
  • 2 tbsp butter, melted
  • ¼ tsp nutmeg, ground
  • ¼ tsp cinnamon, ground

Instructions

    Whisk egg yolks and condensed milk together in a bowl until smooth and pale, about 2 minutes.

    Stir in vanilla extract until combined.

    Brush pastry cups lightly with melted butter on the inside.

    Divide custard filling evenly among the cups, filling each about three-quarters full.

    Dust the top of each tart with a pinch of cinnamon and nutmeg.
