Ingredients

  • 2.5 cups unsweetened shredded coconut
  • 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 whole lime (zested and juiced)
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • ¼ cup coconut flakes (toasted, for topping)

Instructions

    Mix graham cracker crumbs with melted butter until resembling wet sand.

    Press firmly into an 8x8-inch pan to form an even crust.

    Stir shredded coconut, condensed milk, lime zest, and lime juice until fully combined.
