Ingredients

  • 40 cookies vanilla wafers
  • 4 tbsp butter, melted
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
  • 4 medium bananas, sliced
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. 1

Crush 30 vanilla wafers into fine crumbs. Toss with melted butter until the texture looks like wet sand.

  2. 2

Press the crumb mixture firmly into a 9-inch pie dish, covering the bottom and sides evenly.

  3. 3

Whip heavy cream and vanilla extract together until stiff peaks form, about 2 minutes with an electric mixer.

  4. 4

Fold sweetened condensed milk into the whipped cream until no white streaks remain.

  5. 5

Layer half the banana slices over the crust, then spread half the cream mixture on top.

  6. 6

Top with remaining bananas and cream mixture. Crumble remaining 10 vanilla wafers over the surface. Chill until serving.
