Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp almond butter or peanut butter
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup or agave nectar
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract

    Spread banana slices on a parchment-lined baking sheet in a single layer.

    Freeze until solid, at least 4 hours or overnight.

    Transfer frozen banana slices to a food processor or high-power blender.

    Add 2 tbsp almond butter, 1 tbsp maple syrup, and 0.5 tsp vanilla extract.
