Ingredients
- 1 sheet puff pastry sheet
- 8 whole hot dogs
- 1 large egg
- 16 whole candy eyes

Thaw the 1 puff pastry sheet according to package directions, about 30 minutes, until pliable but still cold.

Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

On a lightly floured surface, cut the puff pastry into 8 strips, each about 1 inch wide.

Wrap one pastry strip around each of the 8 hot dogs, leaving a small gap for the eyes. Tuck the ends underneath.

Beat the 1 egg with 1 tbsp water. Brush the pastry-wrapped hot dogs with the egg wash.
