Ingredients
- 1 lb pork shoulder, boneless
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 1.5 tbsp fish sauce
- 1.5 tbsp brown sugar
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- ½ whole cucumber, sliced
- 1.5 cups sticky rice, cooked
