- ¼ cup all-purpose flour
- 2 tbsp cocoa powder, unsweetened
- 3 tbsp granulated sugar
- 1 whole egg
- 1 oz dark chocolate, chopped
- ½ cup vanilla ice cream
- 2 tbsp caramel sauce
