Ingredients

  • ¼ cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder, unsweetened
  • 3 tbsp granulated sugar
  • 1 whole egg
  • 1 oz dark chocolate, chopped
  • ½ cup vanilla ice cream
  • 2 tbsp caramel sauce

Instructions

    Mix flour, cocoa powder, sugar, and 1 pinch of salt in a microwave-safe mug.

    Add egg and 2 tbsp water, stirring until just combined — batter will be thick.

    Nestle chopped chocolate into the center of the batter, don't stir it in.

    Microwave on high for 70–90 seconds until edges are set but center jiggles.

    Top with a scoop of vanilla ice cream and drizzle with caramel sauce.

    Serve immediately while cake is still warm and chocolate is molten.
