Ingredients
- 4 pieces pork chops, boneless (1 inch thick)
- 1.5 cups jarred mole verde sauce
- ½ cup chicken or vegetable broth
- ½ medium white onion, sliced
- ¼ cup fresh cilantro (chopped)
- 1 whole lime (juiced)
- 8 pieces warm corn tortillas
