Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 medium, chopped onion
- 3 cloves, minced garlic
- 1 can (14.5 oz) diced tomatoes
- 1 cup clam juice
- ½ pound, peeled and deveined shrimp
- 1 pound, scrubbed clams
- ½ pound, cleaned and sliced into rings squid

Heat 2 tbsp olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add 1 chopped onion and cook until soft and translucent, about 5 minutes.

Stir in 3 minced garlic cloves and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.

Add 1 can diced tomatoes and 1 cup clam juice. Bring to a simmer and cook for 10 minutes to meld flavors.

Add 1 lb clams to the pot, cover, and cook until they open, about 5-7 minutes. Discard any that stay closed.

Stir in 0.5 lb shrimp and 0.5 lb squid. Cook until shrimp are pink and squid is opaque, about 3-4 minutes.
