Ingredients
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- ½ cup light corn syrup
- ¼ cup water
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 cup cashews
- ½ cup walnuts
- ½ cup raisins
- ½ tsp baking soda

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside. Measure all ingredients before starting.

In a heavy saucepan, combine 1 cup sugar, 1/2 cup corn syrup, and 1/4 cup water. Stir over medium heat until sugar dissolves, about 3 minutes.

Bring to a boil without stirring. Cook until mixture turns deep amber and reaches 300°F on a candy thermometer, about 15 minutes.

Remove from heat. Quickly stir in 2 tbsp butter, 1 cup cashews, 1/2 cup walnuts, and 1/2 cup raisins until well coated.

Stir in 1/2 tsp baking soda (mixture will foam). Immediately pour onto prepared sheet and spread thinly with a spatula.

Let cool completely until hard, about 20 minutes. Break into pieces and store in an airtight container.
