Ingredients
- ½ lb beef sirloin
- ½ lb chicken breast
- 2 bell peppers
- 1 onion
- 2 tbsp fajita seasoning
- 1 can (15 oz) black beans
- 1 cup rice
- ½ cup salsa

Slice the 0.5 lb beef sirloin and 0.5 lb chicken breast into thin strips. Slice the 2 bell peppers and 1 onion into strips.

Toss the beef and chicken with 2 tbsp fajita seasoning until evenly coated.

Heat a large skillet over high heat. Add the beef and chicken in a single layer; cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally. Remove from skillet.

In the same skillet, add the peppers and onion; cook over medium-high until tender-crisp, about 4-5 minutes. Return the meat to the skillet and toss to combine.

Meanwhile, cook the 1 cup rice according to package directions. Warm the black beans in a small pot over medium heat until hot, about 5 minutes.
