Ingredients
- 6 oz pork shoulder, thinly sliced
- 3.5 cups chicken or dashi broth
- 2.5 tbsp white miso paste
- 2 tbsp butter
- 6 oz fresh ramen noodles
- ½ cup frozen corn
- 2 stalks scallions, chopped
- 1 tbsp soy sauce

Bring broth to a boil in a large pot. Add pork slices and simmer until cooked through, about 4 minutes.

Whisk miso paste with 2 tbsp hot broth in a small bowl until smooth. Pour the paste back into the pot.

Add butter and soy sauce to the pot. Stir until melted and the broth turns rich and glossy, about 1 minute.
