Ingredients

  • 1.5 cups fresh mint leaves, packed
  • 1.5 cups fresh coriander leaves, packed
  • 1 whole (juiced) lime
  • 1 whole (seeded) green chili
  • ½ cup plain yogurt
  • 1 whole red onion, thinly sliced
  • ½ cup plain yogurt

Instructions

    Add mint, coriander, lime juice, and green chili to a food processor.

    Pulse until roughly chopped, then add yogurt and blend until smooth and bright green.

    Season with salt and pepper to taste.

    Transfer chutney to a serving bowl.
