Ingredients

  • 6 sheets phyllo dough sheets
  • 4 tbsp butter, melted
  • 1.5 cups mincemeat (jarred)

  • 2 tbsp brandy or rum (optional, can sub apple juice)
  • ½ tsp ground cinnamon
  • 2 tbsp confectioners sugar (for dusting)

  1. 1

Preheat oven to 375°F. Brush a 12-cup muffin tin with melted butter.

  4. 4

Warm mincemeat, diced apple, brandy, and cinnamon in a small saucepan over medium heat for 3 minutes, stirring gently.
