Ingredients
- 6 sheets phyllo dough sheets
- 4 tbsp butter, melted
- 1.5 cups mincemeat (jarred)
- 1 medium apple, finely diced
- 2 tbsp brandy or rum (optional, can sub apple juice)
- ½ tsp ground cinnamon
- 2 tbsp confectioners sugar (for dusting)
