Ingredients

  • 1 sheet puff pastry sheet
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • ¼ cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup blueberries

Instructions

  1. 1

Preheat oven to 400°F. Roll out the puff pastry sheet on a lightly floured surface and cut into 3 equal rectangles. Prick each with a fork.

  2. 2

Place the pastry rectangles on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake until puffed and golden brown, about 15 minutes. Let cool completely.

  3. 3

In a chilled bowl, whip the 1 cup heavy cream, 1/4 cup powdered sugar, and 1 teaspoon vanilla extract until stiff peaks form, about 3 minutes.

  4. 4

Split each pastry rectangle horizontally into two layers. Spread the whipped cream over the bottom layers, then top with the other pastry halves.

  5. 5

Dust the tops with extra powdered sugar and arrange the 1 cup blueberries on top. Serve immediately.
