- 2 pieces beef roulade
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- ½ cup heavy cream
- 2 tbsp parsley
- ½ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp black pepper

Season the 2 beef roulades with 0.5 tsp salt and 0.25 tsp black pepper on both sides.

Heat 1 tbsp olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the roulades and sear until browned on all sides, about 5 minutes total.

Reduce heat to medium-low. Pour in 0.5 cup heavy cream and stir, scraping up any browned bits. Simmer until the sauce thickens slightly, about 3-4 minutes.
