- 1 egg
- ½ cup breadcrumbs
- 1 tsp salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
- 1 lb frozen french fries

Preheat oven to 425°F. Spread the 1 lb frozen french fries on a baking sheet and bake until golden and crispy, about 20 minutes, shaking halfway.

In a bowl, mix the 1 lb ground beef, 1 egg, 0.5 cup breadcrumbs, 1 tsp salt, and 0.5 tsp black pepper until just combined. Shape into 4 patties.
