Ingredients

  • 2 cups rolled oats
  • 1.5 cups whole milk
  • ½ cup maple syrup
  • 1 cup pecans, chopped
  • 2 whole eggs
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • ½ tsp cinnamon

Instructions

    Preheat oven to 375°F. Butter a 9×13-inch baking dish and set aside.

    Whisk together oats, milk, maple syrup, eggs, baking powder, vanilla, and cinnamon until fully combined.

    Fold in pecans, reserving 2 tablespoons for the top.

    Pour mixture into the baking dish and spread level. Scatter reserved pecans on top.
