Ingredients

  • 1 cup whole milk
  • ¾ cup water
  • 2 bag Earl Grey tea bags
  • ½ tbsp honey or agave syrup
  • ¼ tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

    Heat water until steaming, about 2 minutes. Pour into a mug and add both tea bags.

    Steep tea for 3 minutes until dark and fragrant. Remove tea bags.

    Heat milk in a separate mug or small pitcher until steaming, ~90 seconds.

    Whisk milk briefly until foamy. Stir honey and vanilla into the brewed tea.

    Pour milk into tea, holding back foam with a spoon. Top with remaining foam.

    Serve hot immediately.
