  • 1.5 cups cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 medium cucumber, diced
  • ¼ cup red onion, thinly sliced
  • ½ cup fresh parsley and dill, chopped
  • 1 lemon + 3 tbsp oil lemon (juiced) and olive oil
