Ingredients

  • 2 whole lemons (juiced)
  • 1 whole limes (juiced)
  • 1 tbsp fresh ginger (grated)
  • 1.5 tbsp honey or agave
  • 1 cup cold water
  • 1 cup ice

Instructions

    Juice the lemons and lime into a cocktail shaker or jar with a lid.

    Add grated ginger, honey, cold water, and ice to the shaker.

    Shake hard for 10 seconds until very cold and well combined.

    Strain into 2 glasses filled with fresh ice. Garnish with mint if desired.
