Ingredients

  • 16 pieces jarred dolmades (grape leaves stuffed with rice)
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 whole (zested + juiced) lemon
  • 2 cloves, minced garlic
  • 1 tbsp, chopped fresh dill
  • ¼ cup, toasted pine nuts

Instructions

    Melt butter in a large skillet over medium. Add garlic and cook 30 seconds until fragrant.

    Arrange dolmades in the skillet seam-side down. Pour in 0.5 cup water, then add lemon juice and zest.

    Cover and simmer 5 minutes until dolmames are warmed through and liquid reduces slightly.

    Scatter dill and pine nuts over the top. Taste and adjust with salt and pepper.
