Lehsuni Garlic Chicken

Ingredients
- 1.5 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 10 cloves garlic cloves, minced
- 3 tbsp butter
- ½ tsp red chili flakes (or fresh red chili, minced)
- 1 whole lemon (juiced)
- 1 tbsp ginger, minced
- ¼ cup fresh cilantro (chopped, optional garnish)

Pat chicken dry with paper towels. Season all over with salt and black pepper.

Heat 1 tbsp butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat until foaming.

Sear chicken 5–6 minutes per side without moving until golden and cooked through (165°F). Transfer to a plate.

Add remaining 2 tbsp butter to the same skillet. Add garlic and ginger, cook until fragrant, about 60 seconds.

Stir in red chili flakes, then squeeze lemon juice over the pan. Return chicken to the skillet and toss to coat.

Serve immediately, garnished with fresh cilantro if desired.
