Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 small head (about 6 cups) green cabbage, shredded
- 1 cup cooked white rice
- 1 can (28 oz) canned crushed tomatoes
- 1 medium yellow onion, diced
- ½ cup beef broth
- 2 tbsp tomato paste

Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high. Cook ground beef, breaking it up with a spoon, until no pink remains, about 5 minutes.

Add diced onion and cook until softened, about 2 minutes. Stir in tomato paste, then crushed tomatoes and broth.
