Ingredients

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • ¾ cup plain Greek yogurt
  • ½ cup whole milk
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1.5 cups fresh mixed berries (blueberries, raspberries, strawberries)
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • ¼ cup sliced almonds

Instructions

    Whisk oats, yogurt, milk, chia seeds, honey, and vanilla in a small bowl until combined.

    Divide half the berry-oat mixture between two mason jars or glasses.

    Top each with a layer of fresh berries, then the remaining oat mixture.

    Sprinkle almonds on top. Cover and refrigerate at least 8 hours or overnight.

    Stir well before eating. Add milk if the oats are too thick for your taste.
