Ingredients

  • 2 packets frozen acai packets (100g each)
  • ½ cup unsweetened almond milk
  • ¾ cup granola (store-bought or homemade)
  • 1.5 cups mixed fresh berries (blueberries, strawberries, raspberries)
  • ¼ cup unsweetened shredded coconut
  • 2 tbsp raw honey or agave syrup
  • 1 medium banana sliced banana
  • 2 tbsp water

Instructions

    Chop frozen acai into chunks. Blend with almond milk and water until thick and smooth, about 90 seconds.

    Toast coconut in a dry skillet over medium heat, stirring constantly, until light golden, about 3 minutes.

    Divide acai mixture between two bowls, smoothing the tops with the back of a spoon.

    Layer granola, fresh berries, toasted coconut, and banana slices over acai in neat rows for the photo.

    Drizzle honey over the top. Serve immediately while acai is still cold and granola is crispy.
