Ingredients
- ¾ lb beef sirloin or chuck, thinly sliced
- 2 tbsp fresh ginger, sliced into coins
- 3 whole star anise
- 2 tbsp fish sauce
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 3 whole scallions, sliced
- 3 cups beef broth

Bring beef broth to a boil in a large pot over medium-high heat.
